Brand Name Contacts Returns Policy

  1. 30-Day Return Policy
    Lenses may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase provided they are unopened and undamaged. We are happy to give credit in full excluding shipping charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept open contact lens boxes or vials as these are no longer resaleable.

  2. Lens Defects
    In the highly unlikely event you receive a defective contact lens, please contact our customer service department. We may ask you to return the lens to us. Once the defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement contact lens to you. Please note that due to manufacturer return policies, we can only exchange defective lenses for the exact same lens and prescription. We cannot issue refunds for such lenses.

  3. Return Address
    Before returning items, please contact our customer service department (by email or phone). If emailing, please include your name, order number, the reason for the return in the email, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If calling, please have this information available.
